The minimal order is a 20 feet container. There is no minimum quantity for items chosen from one of our catalogues.

Production Time
We require 6 - 8 weeks to complete orders. If you want us to produce new designs the production time may be longer.

Freight
We can find you a freight forwarder or shipping line that suits you or you nominate the company to use

GUARANTEE
If some how you receive cracked or damaged products, all you have to do is to make documentation of them, photos or other thing that can proof that our product is damaged on the shipping. Send that documents to Java Crafts, we will deliver you replacement products or even pay your money back.
